The challenge: American Service K9s was booking everything by phone and text, and collecting payment however it came in — cash, Venmo, whatever was easiest in the moment. As the business grew across training, boarding, grooming, that became a real bottleneck: it was easy to lose track of who'd paid a deposit, double-book a time slot, or lose a conversation in a text thread. The owner needed one place to manage bookings and get paid, and a way to bring that same experience to her clients' phones.

What we built: A booking website where clients pick a service, see real, live availability, and pay online — a deposit or the full amount, whichever fits how that service works. Clients can set up recurring appointments or buy a bundle of sessions in one go instead of booking each one separately. Behind the scenes, the owner gets a full dashboard: confirm or decline requests, add a charge after the fact (an extra boarding night, a damage fee, a grooming add-on), track a dog's grooming progress, run coupons, and see how the business is doing at a glance — no more digging through messages to reconstruct what was agreed to. That same system also powers a dedicated iOS app, so the whole booking experience travels with clients on their phone.

The result: Booking and getting paid stopped depending on catching someone by phone. Deposits are collected automatically at the moment of booking, nothing gets double-booked, and every charge — expected or not — is tracked in one place. Clients get a simple way to book and manage their appointments from their phone, and the owner runs the entire operation without juggling three different tools to do it.
