Hosting questions
Which apps can you host?
Web apps and mobile app backends we build, plus existing apps built elsewhere. For an existing app we review the code and setup first, then recommend a plan.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly, or yearly up front at a discount, by card through Stripe. You get a receipt by email for every payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Tell us and we'll move you to the plan that fits as your app grows.
What if my app needs more than the plans cover?
Bigger apps, extra servers or a standby database are quoted separately. Get in touch and we'll size it with you.
